At 5’4” this midi skirt is more of a maxi on me. It’s fully lined and lightweight. It runs big and the elastic waistband is loose, so I’d recommend this for a size 3X. The fabric is a soft poly chiffon with embossed stripes and a watercolor floral print. New with tags and never worn.
