Beautiful NWT As U Wish halter floral dress with keyholes. Size small. The halter around the neck buttons in the back.
Adorable, and flattering, but too tight around the chest for me. Bought on-sale for like $30. It is lined.
Approximately 17" armpit to armpit.
24" inches from armpit to bottom.
This dress is not long, but I was unable to post a full-length picture in a square frame.

@teannanicholson, 17" armpit to armpit translates to roughly 34" chest, and it's a halter dress so I'm not sure how to measure for shoulders?
