Hi do these run small? I usually wear a 9-9.5 or 40 but can sometimes wear a 39 depending. Are they stretched at all?

@leewee1267 hello, I am a 8/8.5 depending on cut and they were a little loose on me. So I’m not sure if they’d be the right fit for you
