stellalewis001 @ashzash hello Ashley, you not only look amazing but healthy as well. What did you do, I have been doing homework, because I have to be careful of what I intake. I have been diagnosed with a rare condition that causes me to pass out by moving in different direction, dysuatonmia and fibyomia. Oops on spelling, but I have not given up. I was doing 10miles hiking 3 times a week and now can barely do 2miles of walking, but God has increased my strength. I have gained over 40lbs since I've been diagnosed mostly from lack of movement and medication. Sorry for the looong conversation, but now I'm in an xl and some 1x. Thanks

It really works but you have to be dedicated, I weigh myself almost everyday and going on my 4th year kept it off. It's a life change. Tell me about you.
