I'm a size 14 with a size 40 bust and this actually fits me though I would recommend a size 38 bust would be more suitable. I think it would fit a size 12 very nicely and a size 14 as well. it has a lot of stretch I believe it has Lycra in it. this dresses so sweet so stunning and it's very sexy on without showing the parts we like to hide, like our bulges. it hits a couple of inches below the knees. you can see the measurements but I believe it's 33 from top to bottom if I remember right. I know the measurements are dark on it but it measured 18 across pit to pit.
