Ashley Nell Tipton Black Circle Skirt With Pockets! Size 2X

This is a lovely thick material skirt from the Ashley Nell Tipton line at JCPenney. Has POCKETS!! Also has a hidden side zipper and elastic back. Very stretchy and comfy skirt! The skirt has been altered and the tags removed, fits like a size 2X. I am 5’6” and it falls right below my knees. Waist - 21” across Length - 25.5” (from the center) Polyester blend material. I don’t know for sure.
