Can dress it up for a formal event or down for brunch or tea. Straps are adjustable, fully lined but still lightweight, a little bit of stretch, zips up the back with a hook and eye closure. Bust measures 24 inches across + stretch waist measures 23 inches across + stretch Length = 37 inches
