Ashley O’Rourke Retro Floral Skirt w/ Tulle Underlay & Matching Belt

This skirt is everything. Fantastic retro vibes. Overlay has a sweet raspberry pink rose pattern that looks like it was painted on, and is 100% cotton. The skirt is full, with lots of fabric. The waistline has a 2” thick band, with belt loops and matching fabric belt. The belt is not sewn in, and it’s removable. The underlay is a pale pink tulle with ruffled layers to create a a lovely bouncy skirt. The tulle layer also is just a little bit longer than the skirt, and peaks out from under the hem. This item has been worn maybe one or two times. There is a small tear in the tulle near the back zipper (see photos) but is otherwise in fantastic condition. Comes from a smoke free home!
