foxxxyfelon @dbron I lost weight by cutting out all sugar and drank straight water for a year, when it came to meals since I suck at portion control, I just bought myself some Michaelina meals $1 at Walmart and ate one for dinner, I’d have a smoothie (again bought at Walmart $3.78 a half gallon). For breakfast and a tuna kit for lunch l. No exercising cuz I hate it lol

foxxxyfelon @dbron I feel you, it’s been a hassle to lose the extra 100 lbs I still have, the bad thing about a “diet” is you can’t stick to the same one for long, you gotta switch it up or you stay at a stand still which sucks. That’s where I’m at now Smfh
