Please state exactlly what you are showing us in the sleeve. It is difficult to tell from the photo. Thank you. Also, what is the chest measurement?

@msd4407 Sorry for not getting back sooner. Measurement across the chest is 23".
There is a see-through mesh going down each of the sleeves.
When wearing the jacket, you would be able to see part of your arms or shirt wearing. Hope this helps
