Fabric is a little bit scrunched adding to its visual detail along with a little give, but I wouldn't call it stretchy. Waistband is smocked and so are the bottom sections of the pants which offer lots of stretch. Waistband is quite stretchy and also has a drawstring which you can use to make it smaller. Top can be worn with a cute little knot or regular depending on the look you want. Wearing these separately will also create another outfit. Pants have pockets! Fabric is lightweight and on the softer side which adds to your comfort and makes it a great outfit for layering on colder days or wearing as-is on the warmer humid days. Beautiful print that does have some sections in which the paint didn't fully attach to the fabric (comes this way from manufacturer - not bleach stains (last 2 pictures show some examples).
