Ashley Stewart black and white dress

This dress is gently used, but in great condition! Cinched at the waist to give a bit of an hour glass look. Sightly exposed back but can tie right at the neck or allow the know to hang a bit. It did not come with a belt but has one hoop on either side to accessorize with. The ballon of the dress is balloon style so gives a cute, fun vibe too!
