Asian Red Earrings

Basswood is painted a bright red with an overlay of metallic gold and is then cut into an oval, 2" x 1.25" with a series of cutouts inside the oval. This gives the oval an Asian-inspired appearance. A metallic round gold bead, 10mm between filigree gold-plated beadcaps hangs above the oval. The earrings use gold-plated fishhook earwires and are 3" long. All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
