Asian blue enamel fingertip jewelry frog & flower

Had a heckuva time photographing this.It is a silver metal “finger jewelry” piece with a turquoise frog & flower design.There are no identifying markings on it anywhere. It measures 2 ins. tall and about a half inch wide. The tiny blue frog has some sort of embellishment on top of his head, and there are markings punched out in the silver on the back, as I hope you can see in the photo. Such an unusual piece. So pretty but kind of weird! Great for your collection!Thank you so much for looking!
