This is viiiiintaaaage!!! At least 40 years old! It's a Asian type coat/dress. I believe it to be silk maybe satin, and a size small. Has knotted cord buttons. They don't make them like this anymore! No holes or visible stains, only some on the inside lining. may need to be dry cleaned. Has a lining.
