Midi flared pleated skirt, made in UK. Brand NEW with tag but no price on the tag as shown in photo. Elastic high waisted about 1.5” (no zippers). Material kind of like jersey, no lining and has side seam pockets. Material 84% polyester, 13% viscose, 3% elastane. May arrive wrinkly and dusty due to storing and folding. Hand washed. No hanger.
