What excites me about this find? This dress reminds me of Elsa from frozen. The pleating on the skirt could make for the perfect "let it go" moment. Its so very pretty. I think this is the perfect early fall wedding guest dress and would look even more "snow queen" with a fuzzy white wrap or sweater.
