jessicapo @abbywilliams05 I'm so sorry for the delay in measurement. I layed the dress out flat on the floor and measured across and it was 29 inches (so the circumstance is much bigger. this was the laying flat measurement - like diameter

jessicapo @abbywilliams05 well I'm not sure how the math would work on that exactly. I think at minimum it would be 58 inches all around but maybe more? it's not possible for me to measure it in a circle but if you have another dress that fits you can lie it flat and see what it measures across.

jessicapo bur I think you are right because what I was measuring was probably not technically the diameter since it was flat so yes I think that would be right that it would be 58 inches circumference.
