NWOT this romper from ASOS has an elastic waist band with the belt included. There is a button closure on the back. I bought this for a bachelorette weekend, but we ended up not going, so this has never been worn.

@kaylaayy Asos really is tricky, which is how I ended up with two of these! I was a pretty true 14 when I bought this. Maybe a little extra room in the chest area, but not loose. Thanks for asking!
