Wrap dress silhouette with skinny straps. Drop waist Seersucker style fabric 100% Cotton Dress is in excellent condition. Purchased for a vacation, but never worn. It is a very white white, but photographing shadows on the bottom. Measurements taken flat and are approximate: 45" from top of strap to bottom hem 24" Bottom of drop waist to hem I provided pics of some of the measurements for your review.
