Asps halter top maxi dress black and white rose print high slit

This dress is cut for a tall gal who is a size 4 with a short torso, very long legs, and a B+ cup size. If I were handier with a sewing machine I would have fixed this but my loss is your gain I have too much to alter as it is !!! I am a tall girl with a long torso and A cup size so it doesn’t hit right.
