Measurements are approximate. Condition: Pre Owned - Good Color may vary depending on lighting. Material: I am not sure of the material. I think it is Cotton or a Cotton blend Additional Notes: This shirt has a ribbon at the waist so it fits almost any size. The only thing is it is a little short and see through so you will probably need to wear something under it. I got this skirt at a convention years ago from a vendor so that’s why I don’t know all of the details. I thought it was very cute but I never wore it because I don’t typically wear skirts.
