Is there any Strech to this? What are the measurements? What is the condition? Any damage (snags, discoloration, stains, blemishes, etc.)? What is the waist measurement please?

@brazil2828 Hi! Yes, there is a little bit of stretch, but not a whole lot. Measurements taken laying flat: waist ~ 16.25in, length from bottom of arm strap to boot on of dress ~ 45in, armpit to armpit ~18.5in. The condition is like new, but without tags. It’s never been worn.
