What is the PTP and can you measure the flat arm opening on the sleeve? Thank you!!

@kerrsa25 PTP is 19” and the arm opening seems to be about 10”. I’m not a seamstress so I’m not sure the arm opening you’re asking for is the right measurement. But it’s from the top of the shoulder filling the seam to the armpit
