This is a medium Perceptions New York asymmetric handkerchief dress with a black design on the chest and a pink paisley design on the skirt. The dress flows well. It's in good, used condition. There is some threading that is coming apart on the collar, but it would be a simple fix. The material has a bit of stretch to it. The waist is approximately 29 in; bust is approximately 38 inches. Length is approximately 39 to 43 inches. This one was slightly too big for me, so I ended up buying an almost-identical dress in small. Item is from a smoke-free but dog-friendly home.
