Asymmetrical Black Dress Featuring Feathered Skirt

This once-worn little black dress is fun and flirty. Waist is 15 inches from one side to the other and skirt is just under 14 inches long beneath the bottom of the waist band. I wore this dress once for a photo shoot (pictured as cover). At the time I weighed 140 lbs and I'm 5"8' so just to give an idea for the size and how it might fit your frame.
