Asymmetrical faux wrap t-shirt dress. Gathered zipper detail on one side accentuates curves. Asymmetrical hem. Fabric and size tag is missing but the fabric is soft and stretchy, likely a cotton, poly, spandex blend. I have lusted this as a size Large based on the measurement shown.
