Asymmetrical Royal Blue Dress

This dress is the cutest! Knee-length in the front, full length in the back with a side train (second picture shows the train extended out). Banded waste, fits figure so nicely. Material is very soft. LIKE NEW...never worn although I did take the tags off. I’m a little short and this was a little long on my torso (only reason I’m selling this dress).
