Asymmetrical Skirted Bloomer

Made in Spain, fabulous skirted bloomer labeled 12m but fits much longer. My daughter fit this from 12m to 2.5yr, worn sparingly. Super fun to style over a bodysuit and later with a t-shirt and knee socks. Take it into spring/fall with tights and a cardigan.
