@rhapsedation Hi! the sleeve measures 24" from the shoulder. Shoulders across the back measure 17". Across the chest (measured from the armpit) measures 14". I am 5'10", 155lb and athletic built, and I can wear it comfortably with a sweater. Let me know if you need anything else.
