susiedotperson Hiya Elle! I LOVE the puffy vest so very much. It's so soft--I didn't expect that. Do you know what it's filled with? Almost feels like down! Anyway, first thing I did was go to unzip it and got the zipper caught in the fabric!! I'm still messing with it, I don't want to rip the fabric. Did that happen to you with this piece? Any suggestions? 👯

I'm glad you're loving the piece! it's a blend mix, it may have down just not 100% but I'm not sure! as for the zipper, I've had issues with it maybe only once ever, it can tend to happen, I suggest slowly wiggling it and pulling the fabric in the other direction. wax could be helpful as well, other than that there shouldn't be constant issues
