Asymmetrical blue patterned skirt

Asymmetrical skirt has an all-over blue and tan circular print on a black background. Elastic waistband. Polyester skirt feels like the rougher texture of silk rather than smooth satin. 23.5" at shortest lengths, 28" at longest points. Just over 15" flat-lay measurement across waist, but waistband is elastic and has a lot of stretch. Machine wash cold.
