Asymmetrical lace-top skirt

Black Charlotte Russe asymmetrical skirt with lace top. Few small fabric strings at the top, but no rips, tears, snags, or actual damage. Can be (and has been) worn as a strapless top as well! Approximately 20" long at highest point, 31" long at lowest, and 10.5" across the elastic waistband.
