Asymmetrical royal blue skirt

Royal blue skirt with asymmetrical zipper; front rouching; size large. The material is a rayon-nylon mix and stretches a little. The back (shorter than front) is 16in from waist. Never worn but tag is not attached. Got it from a cute boutique store.
