Asymmetrical skirt by INC- NWOT

White skirt with large bold black floral print by INC. Size 8. NWOT 2 small marks on lower longer part of skirt (never worn, purchased with them as they were hardly noticeable). Waist measures 16” across laid flat. Long part of length is 28” with short side being 20” Side zip and hook and eye closure, no pockets. Reminds me of neoprene but is not. flows nicely and is soft. Super cute, wish I could wear.
