Like new- only worn for a few hours. Too long for me- it has a standard inseam. I think it runs large for a four, too. Not tight at all. Ultra comfortable and flattering- the wide waistband really smooths the tummy area. I love them- just too long, and can't be hemmed because of the zipper detailing at ankles.
