@littlegirlphoeb I’m a 36B and it fits me well. The bottom of the top is 17 inches. The band underneath the bust is about 12.5. The garment is stretch fabric.

I’m happy to FaceTime if you want to see it and anything else I have. My issue is not the chest it’s the waist. I little to snug for me taste around the middle section.
I also have one that is more purple. Same issue. Ahhh Covid weight… the gift that keeps on giving. 😂
