gratefulsmiles What is the WIDTH straight across top edge of waistband w/skirt laid fully flat. 16"? 16.5"? or?? thank you!

rachaelsnav @gratefulsmiles Good morning. The width across the top is 16 1/4" there is only a little stretch to the fabric. It is 20 1/4 inches long at the front and 20 1/2 inches at the back.

gratefulsmiles Just noticed that the length in the photo is 21", but the text above says the length is less than 21". This is a difference in the front length of almost an inch (20 1/4" and 21"), and this makes a big difference for where my knees are. Can you confirm which length is correct? thank you

rachaelsnav @gratefulsmiles I added photos of where I re-measured. Depending on if it is hanging- as in the first posting photo with the wooden ruler vs flat center and flat side you will get slightly different results. I hope this helps.
