Reposhing this item I purchased from @vanessakp. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This is a velvet fabric. Original post stated the buckle was a bit scratched but I didn’t notice it. Perfect for a night out! I thought I’d use it at a wedding but I never packed it in the suitcase. Questions? Leave a comment below!
