Reposhing this item I purchased from @slenderyear. I was working from home all winter and we live in CA. I didn't have a chance to wear this at all- it's pretty much brand new. I'm very petite (5') so to make it a cute tunic that I would wear with over-the-knee boots, I would have had to shorten it, and I already had similar items. In perfect condition.

@msreiter arm- arm 34", waist is 28", it's longer than I expected. I'm quite petite, 5", and it goes down about just about my knees. I thought about shortening it- tunic style, but it's a really cute warm dress. Great quality. Best part, holds the bod in tight so clean lines.
