Another question- is this water proof or water resistant? Is it satin like?

It is a functional jacket, not silk I love it but it doesn't fit me so I never wore it. I reposhed it. Wish it fit me! I can test it out when I get home to see if its water resistant if you are interested?

I put it on and ran my arm under water for probably 30 seconds and the underside was still dry.
