Athleta leggings blue with unique texture Sz S

Used, great condition still - midweight but I'm not sure the style name. Never had another pair of leggings with this texture, the outside almost feels like a soft woven fabric, and they look more matte rather than spandex but they're not cotton. I really like the zipper detail and the feel of them, but I just never reach for them because I like a higher rise and other brands.
