@eanderson11 not a silly question! Yes it is essentially a one piece suit with the rouched sides that can be pulled up or down for different degrees of coverage on bum if that makes sense...

@nevillemichelle I think the bottom bikini is pretty standard but I did really like the rouched bottom that you could bring it up or down depending on how much coverage you wanted. I will double check the bottom when I get home but attached dimensions are probably more accurate
