bex90bee @julielmartin Hi there! The condition is like new as I have only worn it a handful of times! It is much more of a fitted fit and hugs to your body more than it will be loose. From top to bottom: 23" From lowest point of the arm hole to bottom: 14.5" Hope this helps!
