New without tags Atlantic rancher jacket. Arm length from top neck 29 inches. Length from back neck 26 inches. Dry handle is special 100% cotton waterproof fabric! Quilted lining for warmth. This jacket was tried on by a man a little under 6 feet tall and he found the sleeves a little short as well as the body. Therefore we believe it will fit a man a little shorter.
