Attention adjustable strap flowy dress

Pictures look more purple to dark blue, but this is dress is a beautiful bright royal blue color. It has a padded built in bra. The material of the shell of the dress is flowy. The dress hits me just below my knees and I am 5’5”. The dress is completely lined and has a side zipper. It says size 10, but truly fits more like a size 8. Never worn
