Attention coat

Attention double breasted black coat. 40% wool. Coat has beautiful diagonal lines. Front pockets. 16" armpit to armpit, 23" sleeves, 28.5 length. The tag says S/C not sure if it's small/chico, or small/child. The measurements are more of a woman's size. If anyone is familiar with this type of sizing, please let me know what it stands for.
