@atans613, thank you. I really need the measurements. I can be a six, eight, ten, or twelve depending on the skirt. I have a waist that is much smaller than my hips, and it really varies not just from brand to brand but within brand.

@sophistycat its about 32inches at the waist. its flary so hips is about 46-48? does that make sense

@atans613, yes, it does. It sounds like it will fit my hips but maybe be too loose at the waist. I need to think about it. It's so pretty that it's quite tempting to gamble. :)
