This kit includes all materials and step-by-step, full-color photo instructions (in English) to make a wreath on an 8" wire frame. This kit is highly giftable! Fabric strips are soft cotton flannel from the selvedge edge of material provided by a favorite sustainable manufacturer based in the U.S.A. I cut all fabric strips with pinking shears--so while this is a rag wreath, it will not fray. Trim includes gold star ribbon. The wreath is easily fluffable.
