Very good oreloved condition- 97% cotton 3% Spandex - baby blue with white abstract floral print - super cute coastal chic Aline - semi tulip skirt :) Note - there are two tiny pinholes by the button (I think from price tag stem) - see last photo - not noticeable unless looking for it - otherwise skirt looks and wears GREAT!
